‘A space’ located in berlin mitte, is a temporary showroom for NATULIS GROUP AG offering a great platform to show and sell a range of apartments being built at this location. the design of the showroom is marked by a mix between rough, edgy and refined, elegant elements. this symbiosis turns the space into an eye-catcher while offering great opportunities for counseling and sales conversations.
modernization of working processes called for a new studio that would serve as the collective home to each of the design divisions of the bavarian car manufacturer. plajer & franz studio created an open, loft-style space - the ‘core’ – which enables interaction between the design team and the department for model development. with various spaces for presentation, meeting rooms and offices affiliated to the core and a 1200 sqm large open air space with a moveable roof, the new studio space offers the best possible frame conditions for innovative and creative design made by BMW.
