this upscale residential apartment building in berlin mitte is inspired by asian culture – where the ‘home’ is integrated into nature and the architecture embedded within a green oasis. in any one of the 89 spacious, loft-like apartments, the sense of ‘coming home’ is something to celebrate as the rush of the big city is left behind. floor to ceiling windows offer great views across the historic invaliden park next door and the roof-terraces on the upper level allow for a 360°view over the city. plajer & franz studio were responsible for the architecture and construction of the building as well as the design of the loft-style apartments, creating a unique living ambience in the heart of berlin.
